FARX Logistics provides pure freight transit services across both intra-district and inter-district routes. Where "Cash on Delivery (COD)" is selected, our personnel only collect courier freight charges upon drop-off. FARX does not act as a merchant escrow, does not collect product purchase prices, and accepts zero liability regarding underlying merchant-buyer sale transactions.
A signed physical Proof of Delivery (POD), OTP verification, or verified recipient sign-off upon handover serves as conclusive, final evidence of complete and sound fulfillment. Post-handover transit claims will not be entertained once POD is completed.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to recipient refusal, incorrect destination information, or unreachability after two scheduled attempts, the consignment is returned to the origin sender. Return reverse transit is billed as a separate freight charge to the sender, regardless of commodity value.
Consignors must pack items safely for courier movement. Any external damage identifiable at drop-off must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic documentation taken at handover.
FARX Logistics is excused from performance delays resulting from events beyond reasonable operational control, including severe monsoon weather, local waterlogging, flooding, regional strikes, hartals, bandhs, roadblocks, government transit directives, or civil disruptions.
